3.Matters relating to VAT in Europe

If you are a buyer from the European region and are able to purchase the product from our shop, there is no need to pay customs duty; however, if you are unable to purchase normally from our online shop, you will need to contact us by email (yestonstore@gmail.com) In this case you may need to pay additional customs duty, and the buyer is required to have the ability to clear the customs and pay for the duty on his/her own.

4.Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact yestonstore@gmail.com and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

5.My order has already been shipped, but l need change my address - how can l do this?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders that have already shipped. If it still hasn't shipped, please contact us at yestonstore@gmail.com to change your address and other shipping options.

6.Regarding Return & Refund

1. Orders can be cancelled from the time when they are placed until before shipment, and the full order amount will be refunded.

2. If you want to cancel the order after shipment, we can try to intercept the package. However, interception fees may be incurred after the package is successfully intercepted. If there are such fees, the refund amount will be: the total order amount minus the interception fee.

3. If the courier reports that the interception is unsuccessful, then you need to return the package to us after receiving it. The buyer shall bear the shipping fee for sending it back, and the refund amount of the order will be: the total order amount minus the shipping fee for the order shipment. For example, if the total order amount is $210 and the shipping fee is $10, the refund you will receive is $210 - $10 = $200.

4.All orders in our store are uniformly settled in US dollars. In the event of a refund, the total order amount for the refund will be based on the settlement in US dollars. If an order is settled in other currencies, our store will not bear the costs such as exchange rate differences.
